Adam McEnaney
Created The 2030 Company, and runs the two businesses that apply it.
What he created, and why
Built The 2030 Company on one idea: picture the whole business a few years from now, with AI a deliberate part of how it runs, and work back to the decisions worth making today.
Set it out in the language directors already use, around the processes they already manage, so that understanding AI and deciding what to do about it becomes work a board can get on with.
Created it to give leadership teams a clear picture of what their business could become with AI, and a practical way to get there.
What he does now
Leads Axiom AI Insights, which works with established organisations on AI strategy and delivery, and Build My AI Team, which helps small businesses build their own AI teams.
Runs his own businesses with AI built into how the work gets done.
Hosts The 2030 Company Experience, a free morning for owners, directors and senior leaders in Newcastle on Tuesday 17 November 2026. The morning in full
